Pirates Are Back on the Legendary Seas!

Ahoy, Captains! Get ready for fun and mayhem as the pirates make their grand return to the Legendary Seas on December 2! Among them are three new pirate Commanders you'll meet for the first time, along with two familiar faces from the previous pirate event. Each pirate sails their own unique ship, and each of them is ready to join your fleet. You can find pirate-themed content in the new Treasure Chest '24 or purchase items individually in the Store until December 30.

New Commanders

Robin Le Fierce

Robin Le Fierce is a young pirate with a romantic soul, who abandoned wealth for the thrill of the sea. He lives by his own code of justice, striking a balance between helping others and looking out for himself. His sharp wit and charming ways make him the kind of person you either love or hate.

Robin Le Fierce is a French destroyer Commander.

Base Trait: Corsaire de la Couronne

Increase your destroyer's fire-setting chances by up to 2%.

Unique Skill: Au Nom du Roi

Each 9th/8th/7th/6th fire started by your destroyer on enemy ships is duplicated. For example, with a fully upgraded Commander, the enemy will receive two "Fire" statuses instead of one when you start a fire for the sixth time during combat. This effect will repeat on your 12th fire during the same battle, and so on.

Andrew the Lip

Andrew the Lip is an eccentric pirate whose moods change as often as the tides. Despite his quirks, his strong sense of independence and bravery often help him get out of the messes his unpredictable nature drags him into. Well, well, it seems he stole the map to hidden treasures! But someone tore it in two—where could the second piece be? Who knows... Maybe the video at the top of this article will give you the answer! Rumor has it that the treasure includes a Black Friday crate, along with Pirate Sam's patch and special flag.

Andrew the Lip is a Commander for Soviet cruisers. Here are his unique characteristics:

Base Trait: Born Ready

Each AP shell shot by your cruiser that hits a target (including non-damaging ones) increases subsequent AP damage to the same target by 0.5%, up to 15% total at maximum level.

Unique Skill: Hit Them Hard

Increase cruiser shell and torpedo damage by up to 15% while Observation Seaplane is active
Add +1 charge to Observation Seaplane
Increase cruiser main battery traverse speed by up to +1.4°/s

Marisa La Loca

With her cool composure and rock-solid confidence, Marisa La Loca is the heart and soul of her crew. Whether facing turbulent seas or tough enemies, she keeps everyone grounded and focused, proving herself as the true anchor of the team.

Marisa La Loca is a Commander for Pan-European ships, primarily specializing in cruisers.

Base Trait: Rage of the Seas

Reduce your cruiser's torpedo detectability by up to 120 m and improve torpedo range by up to +4%.

Unique Skill: Sharks on the Run

Increase torpedo damage by up to 5% and improve cruiser and destroyer torpedo flooding chance by up to 60%.

New Ships

La Perla Azul

La Perla Azul is a Pan-European Tier VII Premium cruiser that was claimed by Marisa La Loca after one of her daring raids. She navigates treacherous waters like a predator stalking its prey. Her fast-reloading torpedoes with long range, combined with great concealment, allow her to ambush enemies when they least expect it.

Le Glorieux

Le Glorieux is a French Tier V Premium destroyer proudly sailed by Robin Le Fierce. Her high-caliber guns easily set enemies on fire, and her Repair Party consumable allows her to survive the toughest battles. Le Glorieux is based on German Tier V destroyer Gaede, with the following changes:

Le Glorieux features 5.9-inch (150 mm) guns similar to those in Gaede's upgraded artillery configuration
Main battery maximum range increased from 10.2 to 10.5 km
Main battery reload time reduced from 7.5 to 6.5 s
Chance of starting a fire increased from 12 to 15%
Detectability range by sea increased from 6.4 to 6.6 km
Detectability range by sea while firing in smoke increased from 2.4 to 2.5 km
Detectability range by air increased from 3.2 to 3.3 km
Main battery HE shell damage reduced from 2,200 to 1,800
Torpedo range reduced from 8.0 to 7.5 km
Torpedo maximum damage reduced from 13,700 to 13,000
Smoke Generator replaced by Repair Party
Sonar and Engine Boost consumables replaced by their improved versions
Main Battery Reload Booster consumable added

Elephant

Elephant is Andrew the Lip's loyal companion. Her potent AP shells can slice through enemies like daggers at even the sharpest angles, making her a dangerous adversary. Elephant is a Soviet Tier VII Premium cruiser based on British Tier VII Premium cruiser Hampshire, but with a few tweaks:

Main battery AP shell damage increased from 4,650 to 4,900
Main battery shell grouping increased by 5% (from 2.0 to 2.1 sigma)
Detectability range by sea reduced from 11.8 to 11.6 km
Main battery maximum range reduced from 15.6 to 15.4 km
Ship HP reduced from 37,600 to 34,000
Fighter replaced by a unique Observation Seaplane (3 charges, 35-second duration, 200-second cooldown, shell grouping +10%)

Old Friends Returning

Alongside the new Commanders, two pirates you may have already met are returning to the Legendary Seas aboard their ships: British Commander Ariadne M. Davis with her destroyer Caprice, and Michel Le Tir, the French Commander of battleship La Foudre. Like the new Commanders and ships, you can find them in the Treasure Chest '24 and the Store until December 30.

Treasure Chest '24 and New Mission

Treasure Chest '24 is the dream of every true pirate! It offers the chance to obtain one of five pirate Commanders, one of five pirate ships, and even a very small—but real—chance to score a treasure of 30,000 doubloons! You'll also find pirate camouflages, Commander Progression Items, and more bounties inside.

In addition to purchasing them from the Store, you can receive one Treasure Chest '24 for free by completing the "Corsair's Bounty" mission, available from December 12 through 16. Here's the full list of rewards for finishing the mission:
