Winged Admiral Calendar

Captains, a new line of U.S. hybrid battleships is arriving with this update, so you'll be needing an effective leader to command these fierce machines! Meet Joseph Reeves, a new historical Commander known as the "Father of Carrier Aviation" for advancing the use of aircraft carriers in the United States Navy. Reeves began his naval career during the Spanish-American War and served through to the Second World War, primarily commanding battleships and aircraft carrier USS Langley. During World War II, Reeves was instrumental as both a lend-lease liaison and key member of the Munitions Committees. In Legends, his skills are tailored to command U.S. hybrid battleships with the Airstrike ability.

To obtain Joseph Reeves, complete the new Winged Admiral Calendar, featuring a 3-week series of daily missions available from July 1 through August 5. Apart from Joseph Reeves, who will join you already promoted to Rank 7, you'll also receive plentiful rewards, including USN Hybrid Battleships crates which can drop new American ships! 

Here's how the Calendar works: 

• Each day for 3 weeks, you'll receive three tasks to complete.
• You'll earn daily rewards by completing tasks each day and weekly rewards for finishing all the daily tasks each week. 
• Complete all Calendar tasks to earn the final prize—new U.S. battleship Commander Joseph Reeves! 
• You'll have an extra 2 weeks to finish the Calendar, with the option to recover missed days for 250 doubloons each.

Base trait: Football Helmet  

• Reduces the damage of bombs and torpedoes launched by aircraft at your ship by up to 16%
• Improves your ship's sea and air detectability range by up to 2%

Unique set of Airstrike-based skills:  

• Bird's Eye View: Improves Airstrike and main battery range by up to 4%.
• Sea Wings: Increases Airstrike aircraft cruising speed and the ship's maximum speed by up to 4%.
• Naval Aviator: Increases the speed of your Airstrike torpedoes by up to 4 kts, reduces their arming time by up to 8%, and increases their damage by up to 4%.
• Iron Feathers: Increases Airstrike aircraft HP by up to 16% and the ship's maximum HP by up to 6%; shows the direction of the closest enemy ship if your ship has Airstrike.
