Forward for Freedom campaign
Participate in the new 5-week campaign to receive a famous U.S. ship—Tier VIII Premium battleship Wisconsin—along with a special skin for her and a variety of other rewards. Wisconsin excels with a main battery that offers great accuracy and range, further boosted by Main Battery Reload Booster with infinite charges.

Independence Day '25: New U.S. Ships and Skins
Celebrate the 4th of July with new U.S. ships—Legendary Tier cruiser Puerto Rico and Tier VI Premium battleship West Virginia '44—plus new skins and more! From June 30 to August 4, collect Independium, a special currency you can use to get Puerto Rico, skins inspired by the U.S. Great White Fleet, and other items. You can earn Independium through the Forward for Freedom campaign and Calendar, or find it in the "Steel and Stars" random bundle, which can also drop West Virginia '44. More details coming tomorrow!
Louisiana Bureau Project
Louisiana is back—this time, she's available to research as a free Bureau Project starting June 30! This U.S. Legendary Tier battleship will help you dominate in combat with her impressive firepower and devastating Airstrikes. Here is the full list of rewards:

Star Trek Returns to Legends
Starting June 30, discover the new Tier VIII cruiser U.S.S. Voyager; the Borg Queen's Diamond skin for Yamato; and new Commanders—Riker, Janeway, Worf, and the Borg Queen. Look for content from both collaboration waves in the Store and in the new Replicator crate II. Two of these crates will be available for free: one through the Forward for Freedom campaign, and another through the "To the Delta Quadrant and Back" mission. Commander Riker will also be available for free via the new Number One Calendar.

Hindenburg Marathon: Final Stage
The final stage of the marathon has begun—don't miss your chance to get German Legendary Tier cruiser Hindenburg! During the third stage of the marathon, running from June 30 to August 4, you can collect Ship Parts from the following sources:
- Forward for Freedom campaign: 2,500 Ship Parts without the Admiralty Backing and an additional 4,500 Ship Parts with the Admiralty Backing.
- Number One Calendar: 3,000 Ship Parts.
- Weekly Assignments: 3,000 Ship Parts in total.
- Bonus for purchasing doubloons in the Store: up to 10,000 Ship Parts. Starting June 30, you’ll automatically receive three free coupons—apply them when purchasing doubloons to get a bonus: 1,000 Ship Parts for purchases of 1,250 to 5,625 doubloons; 3,000 Ship Parts for purchases of 11,500 to 20,500 doubloons; and 6,000 Ship Parts for purchases of 30,000 to 47,000 doubloons or the Warchest. Each coupon can be used only once.
Please note: Since Ship Parts are always free (including bundles in the Store, where they are granted as a bonus), any unused Ship Parts will expire without compensation after the marathon ends.
Bastille Day ‘25
From July 14 through 28, join the Bastille Day celebrations with plenty of themed content in the Store, including discounted French ships. Don't forget to claim the free Bastille Day '25 bundle, which contains a special flag and unlocks a mission for French camouflages and patches. Commander Presets
Welcome Commander Presets—a new feature that lets you create skill and Inspiration setups for your Commanders. You can save two presets for free, and a third is available while Premium Account is active. Presets can be easily switched before each battle.
Ranked Battles: Seasons 78–80
Get ready for three fresh seasons of Ranked Battles in this update! Team up in groups of five, battle with Tier V–VII ships, and rise through the ranks to earn various rewards.
- Season 78: July 1–7; only Tier V ships
- Season 79: July 8–14; only Tier VI ships
- Season 80: July 15–21; only Tier VII ships
The rewards include Steel, Independence Day '25 crates, credits, camouflages, Commander Progression Items, and Boosters. Aircraft carriers cannot participate in this battle type, and only one destroyer per team is allowed.
Brawl: Seasons 30–31
The new update brings two new Brawl seasons featuring 3-on-3 battles with Tier V battleships in Season 30 and Tier VI cruisers in Season 31 (excluding Dutch cruisers, which are not allowed). As always, each season includes various tweaks to game mechanics, and the rewards include crates and credits. Plus, at some point in each battle, you'll be given a choice between offensive and defensive Combat Orders.
- Season 30: July 24–28; only Tier V battleships
- Season 31: July 31 – August 4; only Tier VI cruisers (except for Dutch cruisers)

Heads up—this update features a massive number of balance changes! You can check out all the details in the new Ministry of Balance article. Here’s the list of ships that have been tweaked: Enterprise, Independence, Velos, Turenne, Rochester, Atago, Atago B, Prinz Eugen, Northern Dragon, Henri IV, Cossack, Cossack '38, Kii, Lenin, Iowa, Roon, Nino Bixio, Temeraire, Friedrich der Große, Vanguard, Split, Émile Bertin, Tennessee, Devonshire, Surrey, Albemarle, Drake, Eendracht, Haarlem, Johan de Witt, Connecticut, Nebraska, Delaware, Vladivostok.
Commander Skills
We nerfed Johan Furstner’s “Risk Theory” Commander skill: Reduction of cruiser detectability time after firing main guns has been decreased from 7.5/15/22.5/30% to 5/10/15/20%.
Plus, Karel Doorman’s skillset has been updated with additional skills: Agile Seagull, Bird's Eye View, Sea Wings, and Iron Feathers.
Camouflages
The Standard Type permanent camouflage can now be crafted with Paint for several U.S. Tech Tree ships: Kansas, Maine, Ranger, N. Carolina, New Orleans, and Buffalo.

Historical Camouflage for Rodney
A historical look for Rodney is here! The new permanent camouflage is based on the pattern applied to HMS Rodney during World War II, inspired by the Admiralty Disruptive Pattern. Starting June 30, all Rodney owners, including those who obtain her after that date, will be able to craft the new permanent camouflage using Paint.
Ships for Global XP
Starting July 14, visit the Store to find three Premium ships that will be available for Global XP for the first time: Pan-European Tier IV battleship Viribus Unitis, Japanese Tier V battleship Mutsu, and French Tier III battleship Turenne. These ships will remain available for Global XP indefinitely after the update ends.
iOS Minimum Version Update
Please note that starting with this update, the minimum supported iOS version will be raised from 14 to 16.
Improvements and Bug Fixes
All Platforms
- Aircraft will now shake more noticeably when taking damage from enemy AA fire or fighters. This visual change does not affect gameplay.
- Fixed a visual issue in the Hamburg Port: the small ship in the background no longer sails through other vessels.
Console
- Fixed incorrect centering of ribbons on the post-battle screen.
- Fixed a bug where control preset 6 was identical to preset 5. It now features its own button mapping.
- Fixed an issue where players couldn't see their own account in the Find Players tab.
Mobile
- Fixed a visual issue that caused the bloom effect to appear at certain camera angles.
