Azur Lane: Wave VII Is Coming!

Captains, exciting news! Azur Lane is returning to World of Warships: Legends with the seventh wave of collaboration content! Get ready to meet five new Commanders: Vittorio Veneto, Ägir, Tallinn, Massachusetts, and Z24. They'll arrive alongside four new ships—AL Vittorio Veneto, AL Ägir, AL Tallinn, and AL Z24—as well as a special skin for Massachusetts. Check out the video and article for all the details!

Commanders

Vittorio Veneto

Vittorio Veneto is an Italian battleship Commander focused on improving SAP shell efficiency and Smoke Generator-based gameplay.

• Base trait: The Eternal Flagship, increasing secondary battery SAP shell damage by up to 4% and reducing secondary battery dispersion by up to 5%.
• Unique skill: Banner of Splendor, increasing battleship speed by up to 20% when the Smoke Generator consumable is active, adding an extra charge to it, and increasing its duration by up to 20%.

Ägir

Ägir is a German cruiser Commander with a skill set designed to improve the effectiveness of your secondary guns and reduce incoming damage.

• Base trait: Abyssal Banquet, improving cruiser main battery shell grouping by up to 3% and reducing incoming damage to your cruiser by up to 4%.
• Unique skill: Jöttun's Jaws, improving your secondary battery damage by up to 14% for 10 seconds after each main battery shot and reducing projectile damage to your cruiser while secondary battery guns are aiming, firing, or reloading by up to 6%.

Tallinn

Tallinn is a Soviet cruiser Commander that will help you improve main battery accuracy while encouraging the use of consumables.

• Base trait: Memorial of Ice and Iron, improving cruiser main battery shell grouping and dispersion for each time a consumable is used during the battle (by up to 7% in total).
• Unique skill: Bulwark of Rime, reducing consumable cooldown time for each main battery hit (by up to 20% in total).

Massachusetts

Massachusetts is a U.S. battleship Commander. Her skills improve both main and secondary battery effectiveness, with a stronger focus on secondary battery damage.

• Base trait: Big Mamie, making secondary battery shells that travel more than 5 km deal up to 10% more damage.
• Unique skill: 2,700 Pounds of Justice, increasing main battery damage by up to 12% when the Enhanced Secondary Targeting consumable is active, and reducing secondary battery reload time by up to 12%.

Z24

Z24 is a German destroyer Commander. Her abilities are mostly aimed at enhancing torpedo damage potential.

• Base trait: Fiendish Rampage, increasing subsequent torpedo damage with each torpedo hit (by up to 8% in total).
• Unique skill: Boon of Crimson Darkness, improving torpedo reload speed by up to 6% and increasing destroyer torpedo damage while she's in smoke by up to 12%.

Ships

AL Vittorio Veneto

This Italian Tier VII Premium battleship comes with an improved secondary battery range and the option to use the Sonar consumable alongside the Exhaust Smoke Generator, which now reloads faster. Here are all the changes compared to the original Vittorio Veneto:

• Secondary battery firing range increased from 5.8 to 6.3 km
• Secondary battery dispersion improved by ~20%
• Sonar added to the Repair Party slot:
  • Number of charges: 3
  • Duration: 100 seconds
• Exhaust Smoke Generator reload time reduced from 150 to 125 seconds
• Exhaust Smoke Generator consumable duration increased from 45 to 50 seconds
• Main battery reload time increased from 31 to 32 seconds
• Ship HP reduced from 64,800 to 61,000

AL Ägir

This revamped German Tier VIII Premium cruiser emphasizes a powerful secondary battery playstyle and introduces several changes compared to the original, including significant improvements to its secondary armament. Check out what's changed:

• Secondary battery range increased from 6 to 7 km
• Secondary battery dispersion improved by ~15%
• Secondary battery damage increased from 1,500 to 1,600
• Rudder-shift time reduced from 14 to 11 seconds
• Torpedo damage increased from 38,100 to 41,000
• Main battery range reduced from 16.2 to 15.0 km
• Accuracy reduced by 7.3% (from 2.05 to 1.9 sigma)

AL Tallinn

This Soviet Tier VI Premium cruiser has a Repair Party consumable with eight charges. In addition, she also has access to the Main Battery Reload Booster with two charges. See the full list of changes compared to the original Tallinn:

• Added the Repair Party consumable with eight charges
• Added the Main Battery Reload Booster with two charges
• Main battery reload time increased from 15 to 16.5 seconds
• Ship HP reduced from 36,000 to 33,000

AL Z24

This torpedo-focused destroyer arrives on the high seas with a slew of changes compared to German Tier VII destroyer Z-23, the ship she's based on. Among the buffs are an improved Sonar and enhanced torpedoes. Here's the full list of changes:

• Improved Sonar:
  • Duration increased from 96 to 100 seconds
  • Torpedo acquisition range increased from 3.1 to 3.5 km
  • Ship acquisition range increased from 4.4 to 5.0 km
• Torpedo range increased from 9.51 to 11.0 km
• Torpedo detectability reduced from 1.4 to 1.2 km
• HE shell damage reduced from 2,200 to 1,900
• Main battery reload time increased from 6.0 to 6.2 seconds
