Ready, Set, Go: Kremlin Marathon Begins!

Captains, are you ready for the new marathon? This time, the final reward is Soviet Legendary Tier battleship Kremlin! Just like before, the marathon will be a long-term activity that spans three updates in a row, starting with the upcoming one. Keep reading for all the details!

Progressing Through the Marathon

To progress through the marathon, you'll need to collect Ship Parts via various sources like campaigns, missions, and other activities. They can also be given as bonuses when you obtain certain items.

The marathon is split into three stages, each corresponding to a different update. Your Ship Part earnings accumulate over all three updates until the end of the marathon. To obtain Kremlin, you must collect a total of 20,000 Ship Parts. You can track your progress in the Marathon section of the main menu.

Stage one of the marathon runs from January 19 to February 23. During this stage, you can receive up to 9,000 Ship Parts via the following sources:

• Born of Battle campaign—1,000 Ship Parts without the Admiralty Backing and an additional 3,500 Ship Parts with the Admiralty Backing.
• Weekly Assignments—up to 1,000 Ship Parts in total.
• With the new République Française skins for French battleships—500 Ship Parts as a free bonus with each skin; up to 3,500 in total for all seven skins (find them individually in the Store or in French Battleship crates).

As for the next stages, here's the total number of Ship Parts you can earn:

• Stage two—7,500 Ship Parts via in-game activities, plus an additional 8,500 Ship Parts by purchasing items in the Store.
• Stage three—11,500 Ship Parts through in-game activities, plus an additional 11,500 Ship Parts by purchasing items in the Store.

Here's an important tip: Complete at least two campaigns with an active Admiralty Backing, as well as all other free activities that grant Ship Parts during the three marathon stages, to collect enough Ship Parts to receive Kremlin without the need for additional spending. If you miss some activities, you can still catch up during the final stage, but it will require purchasing items in the Store.

Please note: Since Ship Parts are always free (including bundles in the Store, where they are granted as a bonus), any unused Ship Parts will expire without compensation after the third stage of the marathon ends.

When Will I Unlock Kremlin?

You're likely to finish the marathon in April. To do this, complete all activities that grant Ship Parts during three consecutive updates, including at least two campaigns with an Admiralty Backing.

However, you can finish the marathon earlier—by late February—by completing all activities and receiving additional Ship Parts via the Store, where they're given as a bonus with certain offers.

About Kremlin

Kremlin is the pinnacle of the upgraded Soviet battleship line, embodying everything characteristic of this branch. Her 457 mm (18-inch) guns excel with outstanding accuracy up to 12 km, after which their precision gradually decreases, and her good rudder-shift time makes it easy to switch targets when necessary. Her enormous HP pool and thick armor, combined with a fast-cooling Damage Control Party, help Kremlin survive close-range engagements. However, her concealment is poor, she isn't particularly agile, and she has a large citadel, so careful positioning is crucial. Kremlin demands precise target selection and timing when pushing the enemy, and if you do it right, this ship is almost unstoppable.
