1 pointI may be in, I may not, who's to say? I'd like to keep hope but I'm also not going to get disappointed or upset if I'm not picked, Would be great if I did, wishful thinking on my part. Now I think it's time for a sea shanty...

1 pointYou're in Florida right? I think we've bot seen some things very similar to this heavy tank wheeling out of a Hardee's, Wal-Mart, or run down liquor store. Every time they wheeze you hear a bald eagle taking an insulin shot.

1 pointNobody knows yet. I also delved into the murky depths of the spam folder just on the off chance. There are some proper oddballs on Twitter...

1 pointThis does kind of bring up the question of communication in general. Typing isn't exactly an option, quick commands can be decent if used properly under the right circumstances, and open team voice channels can be a...mixed bag, to be nice about it. I think the latter will unfortunately be the best solution but if you show up in a division you are likely to be in a party, which will shut out general voice comms. So things may be a little weird or frustrating going in.

1 pointWell, if it's like the alpha of pc, I don't think there'd be any divisions 😋. But, it would be a good idea to implement it, to check what mistakes it has and not to make it like in WoWs Pc, for example: when the division commander is crashed the game, members are unable to go to battle or leave the division or when you take the game out in half a game, you can not use the chat of the division (although it would be interesting to know what the chat would be... I deviate from the theme hahahahaha). It would be interesting to test the divisions in the alpha, of course, with certain "limits", but preferably as in the pc version to test for possible failures.

1 pointDon’t be afraid to send me a message. I admit that I’m a bit elusive, but I’m happy to spend a few hours in a platoon when I do come out of isolation(and if I manage to see the notifications, lol). I still have plenty of grinds across multiple tiers because I have T.A.D.D..... Tank Attention Deficit Disorder... being good at the game isn’t important..... when you genuinely have fun playing and actively learn from your mistakes as you do, you simply get better naturally. I would expect that WoWSL will still have challenges that even veteran Captains will need to master that they might not have learned in the OG game. But we’ll learn together!

1 pointHave read on other forums guys say they are playing.

1 pointAgreed. WoTsC has 15v15 battles and allows 5 man platoons though.... it also allows for some fairly egregious “fail platooning” because of the +2/-2 MM. Its not uncommon to see a Tier V tank in a platoon with a Tier VI, or even VII and be in a match with tanks 3 tiers higher or more! But with WoWSL having a cap of 7 tiers, I imagine that Divisions will probably be restricted to same-tier ships.... but we’ll just have to wait and see I guess!

1 point@BrogueOne If the PvP battles are still 12 on 12 then I think we can reasonably expect divisions to still be limited to three and I think we will see a one tier spread maximum like we do on PC. These are balance issues that were ironed out on PC and I don't believe WG is going to throw us for that big of a loop. But who knows? We've been surprised with both good and bad *cough* Graf Zepplin *cough*, and I 'm excited to see what we get. @LadyTanker With that being said, I really don't see why such a base function of all of WG's properties would be left on the cutting room floor, even for Alpha.

1 pointDon’t you worry there, Lady! I’m quite certain that we’ll see Division play in both tests and in the final release version! “Squads” or “platoons” are a hallmark for online multiplayer games and that won’t be lost in WoWSL. The only real question is what the size limit will be.... Divisions on PC are limited to 3 players in Multiplayer, but larger divisions are allowed for Clan battles and PvE modes.

1 pointI wondered if you were over here and if you'd brought up that Lexington as the original Battlecruiser configuration yet. #NotDisappointed Still, this is the ship we need. USS Samuel B. Roberts (DE-413) Though I imagine most know what DE stands for, just in case, that's Destroyer Escort. Roberts was a John C. Butler-class Destroyer Escort and, in terms of displacement, she was literally half the size of the contemporary Fletcher-class Destroyers and carried less than half the firepower of an actual destroyer. The Roberts is "the Destroyer Escort that fought like a Battleship." Nonetheless, per Wikipedia concerning the Battle off Samar: "Shortly after dawn on 25 October, Samuel B. Roberts was protecting Taffy 3's small escort carriers. These were serving as bases for small bombers and fighters that were supporting the Army assault. These warships were steaming off the eastern coast of Samar when the Japanese Center Force — a 23-ship task force under the command of Vice Admiral Takeo Kurita — suddenly appeared on the horizon and opened fire. At 07:35, Roberts turned and headed toward the battle. She charged toward the heavy cruiser Chōkai. The commanding officer, Copeland, announced "We're making a torpedo run. The outcome is doubtful, but we will do our duty." With smoke as cover, Roberts steamed to within 2.5 nmi (4.6 km; 2.9 mi) of Chōkai, coming under fire from the cruiser's forward 8 in (203.2 mm) guns. Roberts had moved so close that the enemy guns could not depress enough to hit her and the shells simply passed overhead. Many hit the carrier Gambier Bay. Once within torpedo range, she launched her three Mark 15 torpedoes. One blew off Chōkai's stern. The American sailors cheered "that a way Whitey, we hit 'em" as if it were a ballgame, as shells were still incoming. Roberts then fought with the Japanese ships for a further hour, firing more than six hundred 5 in (127.0 mm) shells, and while maneuvering at very close range, mauling Chōkai's superstructure with her 40 mm and 20 mm anti-aircraft guns.[citation needed] At 08:51, the Japanese landed two hits, the second of which damaged the aft 5 inch gun. This damaged gun suffered a breech explosion shortly thereafter which killed and wounded several crew members. With her remaining 5 in (127.0 mm) gun, Roberts set the bridge of the heavy cruiser Chikuma on fire and destroyed the Number Three gun turret, before being hit by three 14 in (355.6 mm) shells from the battleship Kongō. The shells tore a hole 40 ft (12.2 m) long and 10 ft (3.0 m) wide in the port side of her aft engine room. Gunner's Mate Third Class Paul H. Carr was in charge of the aft 5 in (127.0 mm) gun mount, which had fired nearly all of its 325 stored rounds in 35 minutes before a breech explosion. Carr was found dying at his station from a severe intestinal wound, begging for help to load the last round he was holding into the breech. He had scored a great many hits on the heavy cruiser Chokai, also sunk that day." Sources: Wikipedia and The Last Stand of the Tin Can Sailors by James D. Hornfischer

1 pointI've only played WoWS blitz briefly, but looking forward to it on Console. It's nice to see some familiar faces from the WoT console forum here, hopefully I'll get my hands on some new faces too to know some other great people here too.
